Terms and Conditions
Century 21® Base Offer Terms and Conditions:
- Century 21® customers can earn 2 AIR MILES reward miles for every $1,000 property value bought or sold through a participating Century 21® office to a maximum of 1500 AIR MILES reward miles per transaction, miles are non-transferable.
Century 21® Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions:
- Bonus reward miles earned only in combination with standard base offer of 2 reward miles per $1,000 property value transacted to a maximum of 1,500 reward miles per transaction; from participating offices only.
- Bonus reward miles awarded to vendors and purchasers only and are non transferable.
- When selling a home, Bonus Offer applies to new listings only, minimum 90 days, taken with a participating Century 21® office within the Bonus Offer time frame as printed on coupon. Property must be listed with the Century 21® office at time of sale to qualify for Bonus Offer.
- When purchasing a home, Bonus Offer applies to agreements written through a participating Century 21® office within the Bonus Offer time frame as printed on coupon. Only buyers using a Century 21® office when purchasing a property qualify for the Bonus Offer.
- Collector must present Bonus Offer coupon at first contact with a participating Century 21® office to qualify for Bonus Offer on sale or purchase transaction. One Bonus offer valid per property.
